Consistently does NOT stock items listed in weekly ad!! For the 2nd time this week I walked around the entire store twice looking for an advertised sale product. Since the sale ends tomorrow, I asked for a rain check. They had to send an employee to check to make sure they did not have any in "the back". 20 minutes later was told product was not to be found and they would NOT offer a rain check because it was a digital coupon? What a waste of my time. Boooooo

I love this Ralph’s location! The staff is always very kind and helpful, bagging service is outstanding I never have to worry about my groceries being shoved all in one bag. Also this Ralph’s has an amazing cheese selection! If you are looking for real Parmesan cheese or any other kind of cheese you will find it here.

Friendly staff and great customer service. Got helped from a young lady sweeping around the store to locate an item and the cashier informed me how to use and input my phone number for rewards and discounts. The store is clean, organized, and welcoming.

I've been using this store since '93 and it's never faltered in being a high quality shopping experience. I've seen some staff go from baggers to senior staff with families of there own. Always nice and going out of there way. This was especially the case during the Northridge earthquake and the Pandemic. They're a great store and a good neighbor and I'm genuinely blessed to have them in my neighborhood 🫶🏽

I had the unfortunate experience of choosing to come to this ralphs. It started with their employee CELINIA, an older woman who hovered over me as I checked out my own groceries and then she proceeded to count my cart, to her demise I scanned everything accordingly so she went back to her perch. There was no greeting, no warm welcome, no offer to help, just simply starting strong with accusing paying customers of stealing. After I checked and bagged all of my own groceries, I noticed an elderly man with multiple items in his hand, instead of CELINIA offering him a bag or a cart I did! CELINIA did not like this, infact after I left, she duplicated my receipt without my knowledge, the same receipt that has my card numbers on it, and ran after me and told me I’d need to pay for my bags next time. I was entirely shocked as I swore I had my receipt. I did! She went ahead and duplicated mine. Instead of helping customers, greeting customers, anything else useful she went after a paying customer and treated me like a criminal. I then asked for her name and corporates number on the receipt she duplicated and she didn’t write her name but she wrote a scribble. She then told me she didn’t kn
